Hayley and P-Mo

Eeek!

My friend Hayley is ready to pop! Her little person (Person Morgan = P-Mo) will be along any minute, and the suspense is driving me crazy (mostly because I still have no computer with which to keep in touch with her. Grrr!) She must be going batty, too. I know I was out of my mind with frustration when Simon finally came out, and he was over a week early! I think God made pregnancy so long so that the desire to have the baby OUT would override the fear of labour and delivery. There comes a point when you don't really care how it gets out, as long as it is, in fact, out. That's my theory, and I'm sticking to it.

I miss my Hayley. I love living here in Newfoundland, but it would be nice if it could be just a little closer to my friends back in Ontario. Like the old joke says, if Quebec went ahead and separated, we wouldn't have as far to travel to get there... not that most Newfoundlanders would think that was really a good thing!

It sure will be nice when we get a computer. Any day now... well, any day when AJ and I are off together, which is pretty rare. I'm typing this on Chris & Jenn's computer right now, and I'm noticing that my typing skills have pretty much gone down the toilet. Not that they were great to begin with, mind you. I should go- Simon's happy downstairs for the moment, but it's past his bedtime. I can't believe that a little over a year and a half ago I was telling him to just get out of my belly and into my arms. I'm going to cry now.
